An EEG tracks and records these impulses creating brain wave patterns. Brain cells communicate with each other through electrical impulses. Our sleep center has private rooms with showers, TV, internet, individually temperature controlled rooms among other comforts of home.ĮEG services for adults and children (over the age of five) are also provided in the outpatient and inpatient setting. The Sleep Center provides in-lab and home sleep testing to assist your health care provider in testing you for these conditions. Untreated sleep disorders are linked to high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, depression diabetes and other chronic diseases. These problems can significantly diminish health, alertness and safety. Sleep disorders can involve too much sleep, too little sleep or poor quality sleep.
